Fortune Pilgrim’s Six months Project Budget from Jan 1st 2011.
“Hope For Life” – Project Zambia

Fortune Pilgrim is currently raising money to fund “Project Zambia”. Our goal is to raise $100,000 for this project. The money raised will allow Fortune Pilgrim to establish a home office in Zambia that would house all supplies and temporarily treat patients until an actual H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Everyone Act Responsibly Together) Health Center is built. In order for this project to work, we have a team going to Zambia in August to buy a building for an office, film a documentary of what is and needs to happen there, and to start the planning and building of the Health Center. We will also be handing out mosquito nets and treating Malaria patients. Here is what we need in order to make this project work:

Home Office Estimated at K300,000,000.00 (Kwacha) equivalent to -$60,000 – We will buy a house in the town of Kabwe in Zambia that will be used as an office, storage for supplies sent, and a place where people can come and pick up what they need. After the HEART Health center facility is completed, this property will be used to house the custodians. A trusted family to be in charge of all health project in the community.

Mosquito Nets -$12,000 – $10-12 per net = approx. 1,000 nets that will be distributed to the community accordingly.

10 fit Container - $3,500 – The cost to buy a container that will used to ship supplies like Mosquito Nets and donated supplies donated by business houses and individuals.

Shipping - $15,000 – The cost to ship the container to Zambia before customs duties and taxes.

Camera Equipment - $3,000 – Panasonic AG-HMC 70 Professional 3-CCD AVC HD Shoulder Mount Camcorder ($2500), Other Filming Equipment including the camera for still photos ($1100) – Recommended by professionals to film a documentary and to continually film the progress of all projects in oder for all donors to monitor the progress by way of our website.

Medical Supplies - $6,000 – For Malaria Pills, HIV/AIDS Medicine and other Medical equipment needed for this trip. This will be a continuous and progressive routine for more people will open up to testing after receiving education. The supply will depend on the amount of people tested positive.
